Competition rules
Article 1 – Presentation of the Contest
GL events Exhibitions, whose registered office is located at 59 Quai Rambaud, 69002 Lyon (hereinafter referred to as the “Organising Company”), is organising a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled “Win Your Premium Pass”, taking place on Friday, 2 January 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
The Contest is organised as part of the Hyvolution Paris 2026 Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (hereinafter referred to as the “Venue”) from 27 to 29 January 2026.
Article 2 – Participants
The Contest is open free of charge, with no purchase obligation, to any natural person over 18 years of age, residing in France or abroad, excluding anyone who has directly or indirectly participated in the development of the Contest, employees of the Organising Company and its Partners, and their families (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
Any minor Participant must obtain prior authorisation from their legal representative to enter the Contest.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
3.1 Participation in the Contest implies full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). Failure to comply with the Rules will automatically invalidate the Participant’s entry.
3.2 Participation is limited to one entry per person and per email address. A winner may only win one prize.
3.3 The Contest, held prior to the Event, aims to award 5 Premium Passes to 5 Participants who have registered with a Standard Pass.
3.4 Entry is made by registering as a visitor with a Standard Pass for Hyvolution Paris 2026 exclusively via the online registration form available here:

3.5 Any incomplete or incorrectly completed entry, or any entry not meeting the above conditions, will be deemed invalid.
Article 4 – Selection of Winners – Winning Tickets
A random draw will take place on Friday, 2 January at 9:00 a.m. among all visitors registered with a Standard Pass between the opening of visitor registrations on 3 November 2025 and the time of the draw on 2 January in the morning.
Article 5 – Prizes
The prizes are as follows:
5 Premium Passes, each with a unit value of €350 excluding VAT. Details of what the Premium Pass includes are available here: https://landing.hyvolution.com/en/premiumaccess/.
These prizes are valid for single use during Hyvolution Paris 2026. They are strictly personal and non-transferable, and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash or any other service.
Article 6 – Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration. The Participant must confirm their participation as a Premium attendee. Their Standard Pass will automatically be upgraded to a Premium Pass.
If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the Organising Company’s first contact attempt, the prize will be awarded to the next person on the waiting list established during the draw.
The prize is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot give rise to any dispute, cash equivalent, replacement, or exchange.
The Organising Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent nature and value if circumstances beyond its control require it, without incurring liability.
Any winner who has provided incomplete or incorrect details, or modified their details (including email) at the time of validation, will have their prize cancelled.
Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Article 7 – Personal Data and Privacy

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Organising Company, as data controller, processes the data provided by Participants for the purposes of managing the Contest.

Article 10 – Contest Rules
The Contest is free and without purchase obligation.

Article 11 – Litiges
These Rules are governed by French law. Any practical difficulty in applying or interpreting these Rules will be resolved as a last resort by the Organising Company.
The Organising Company has implemented technical means to demonstrate participation or non-participation. Except in cases of manifest error, the data contained in the Organising Company’s or its subcontractors’ information systems shall be deemed conclusive regarding connection elements and information resulting from computer processing related to the Contest.
Article 12 – Responsabilité
The Organising Company reserves the right to interrupt, postpone, modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances require it, without liability.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur to winners during use of the prizes or that may affect said prizes.
The Organising Company shall not be liable in the event of malicious intervention, connection problems, hardware or software issues, or external disruptions affecting the proper conduct of the Contest.
If the administrative and technical conduct of the Contest is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorised human intervention, or any other cause beyond the Organising Company’s control, it reserves the right to interrupt the Contest.
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet, including the lack of protection of certain data against potential misuse or hacking and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network.
Additions or modifications may be published during the Contest. They will be considered annexes to these Rules and deemed an integral part thereof.
Article 13 – Acceptance of the Rules
The Participant declares having read these Rules.
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and the instructions mentioned herein, as well as the Organising Company’s arbitration, which will resolve, in compliance with the law, any question relating to the application and/or interpretation of these Rules and any matter not settled herein.
Article 14 – Modification, report, annulation
The Organising Company may, without liability, in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control: shorten, extend, or cancel the Contest.
If such circumstances prevent the awarding of prizes, winners may not seek the Organising Company’s liability.
